1. Fraud;

A. On October 24, 2016, around 20:20, the Defendant sent an attitude that the Defendant would normally pay the price in the “△△△△” restaurant operated by the Victim G (V, 68 years of age) located in the Busan Young-gu, Busan, even though he/she had no intent or ability to pay the factual value, etc., and had the Victim Chum and Chum.

In other words, the defendant deceivings the victim as above, and acquired the victim with the delivery of 1 to 1 to 300 won in total and 1 to 1 to 1 to 300 won in the market price from the victim.
