Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

Any person who intends to operate a livestock product sales business shall be equipped with the relevant facilities and report to the Special Self-Governing Province branch office, the head of Si/Gun/Gu.

Nevertheless, the Defendant did not report the business of livestock product sales, and, from October 10, 200 to August 10, 2017, purchased livestock products from a new U.S. corporation, etc. with the name of “C” in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, U.S., U.S., 148-ro 9, U.S. and carried on a non-reported livestock sales business by again selling them to individuals or neighboring restaurants.
