1. The plaintiff's appeal is dismissed.

Reasons
1. The facts subsequent to the presumed facts may be found either in dispute between the parties or in full view of Gap evidence Nos. 1 to 3, 6, 21, Eul evidence Nos. 21 to 23 (including the number; hereinafter the same shall apply), the results of the dispatch of documents to the Cheongju District Court's Cheongju Branch Branch and the whole purport of the pleadings.
