Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 4,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who operated D in the Gyeonggi City and three lots of land.

E Co., Ltd. acquired ownership on August 17, 2012 after the bid of all the freezing warehouses and offices located in the Gwangju City and the ground (including a two-yearly compressed machine, freezing air conditioningr (control board), etc. in the procedure of Suwon District Court F, G, and H real estate auction. However, Co., Ltd. acquired ownership by fully paying the sale price on August 17, 2012. However, Co., Ltd. D did not acquire ownership on the land essential for the management of the company, which was used as a parking lot and cargo storage and a space for the operation of the company in Suwon District Court.

On September 25, 2012, the Defendant entered into a sales contract for L and the instant adjacent land through K, and obstructed E’s business by being delegated with the authority to use land, and again sought management right by finding the company’s land, etc.

On October 22, 2012, the Defendant interfered with business: (a) executed a real estate delivery order with respect to the building, etc. in Gwangju City, Gwangju City, issued a real estate delivery order; (b) operated a freezing warehouse and started business; and (c) obstructed the Defendant’s business by force, such as having the victimized company run the freezing warehouse from around 09:00 to 17:00 on November 5, 2012, and ordering O, P, and Q to install 10 set of 10 set and 300 set of string and 20 meters of 2 meters of 2 meters, and maintaining the situation by November 27, 2012.
