Defendants shall be punished by a fine of two million won.

If the Defendants did not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendants violating the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (joint injury) together with E, F, and on March 21, 2016, at Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul, Yeongdeungpo-gu, G and 2, H “H”p around 23:05, the victim I (22 tax) and the victim I (222 tax) were displayed, Defendant A was placed toward beer disease’s head, and Defendant B was scened with beer disease, and threatened the victim with beer disease.
