A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

At around 16:30 on April 10, 2012, the Defendant appeared as a witness in a case of undermining credit in Seocho-gu Seoul Central District Court 514, the Seoul Central District Court 514 located in Seocho-gu, Seocho-gu, Seoul, as a witness, and was notified of the right to refuse to testify, and subsequently testified after being sworn.

The defendant stated at the above date, at the above place, that the defense counsel stated that "I would like to read the design, such as the clothes of this case, to "I would like to see that I would like to copy the design on the basis of the sampling purchased in Italian by N. N. N. E. N. N. N., I would like to read "I would like to read the above words from E. N. Accordingly, the defendant made a false statement contrary to his memory and raised perjury.
