Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for eight months.

However, from the date of the final judgment of this case, each of the above two years against the Defendants.

Punishment of the crime

No one shall knowingly receive any divulged personal information for profit or for any other wrongful purpose.

1. From June 2014, Defendant A operated the “D”, which is a member company of SK Bad, KT and LG U, an Internet company, from around 808, in order to attract its membership, Defendant A received the personal information from the members of the Internet company to publicize the attraction of its membership.

On August 7, 2014, the Defendant transferred KRW 200,000 to the “E” (Account Number F) of the G name bank account (Account Number) used by the said E from the Defendant’s U.S.’s U.S. account to the Defendant’s U.S. bank account, and received approximately 25,225 personal information, including the name, address, contact information, and agreed date of the customer who was subscribed to the Internet business from the said E (I) from the Defendant’s N.N., from that time until July 20, 2015, the Defendant provided KRW 231,669 of personal information in total by means of the following methods:

As a result, the Defendant knowingly received personal information for profit.

2. Defendant B, from July 2014 to August 2015, operated “K” as an Internet-based customer attraction company, Defendant B received the personal information of the existing members of the Internet to attract the Internet conference membership, and attempted to publicize for attracting the Internet conference membership.

On August 8, 2014, the Defendant transferred KRW 200,000 to the account (Account Number H) of the G-person’s bank (Account Number H) used in this “E,” which he/she became aware of through Internet search at the above office, to the Defendant’s four sets of Internet service from the above E.
