1. The Defendant: KRW 14,350,149 for the Plaintiff and KRW 5% per annum from January 17, 2017 to August 18, 2017; and

1. Basic facts

A. The Plaintiff and the Defendant concluded a contract for waste disposal on several occasions as follows.

(1) On July 5, 2016, the Plaintiff: (a) with respect to the collection, transportation, and disposal of wastes entrusted by the Defendant between the Defendant and the Defendant, “(i) the transporter or Nonparty Co., Ltd.; (b) the disposal operator, the contract period from July 5, 2016 to July 4, 2017, the disposal amount shall be paid to Nonparty Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “S Petition”); (c) the incineration cost shall be KRW 5,000 (the disposal cost shall be KRW 35,00, the transportation cost shall be KRW 20,000; hereinafter the same shall apply); (d) the scattering cost shall be KRW 80,00 (the disposal cost shall be KRW 60,00, the transportation cost shall be KRW 20,000; and (e) the disposal cost shall be settled on the last day of each month by Nonparty Co., Ltd.; and (e) the disposal cost shall be paid to the consignee for the disposal of wastes to the seller; and (iii) the seller shall not be paid for the disposal cost to the seller.

(2) On September 2016, the Plaintiff: (a) with respect to the collection, transportation, and disposal of wastes entrusted by the Defendant between the Defendant and the Defendant; (b) 'A' to the Plaintiff or Nonparty Co., Ltd.; (c) the disposal manager; (d) the period of the contract from October 4, 2016 to October 3, 2017; (e) the incineration cost of KRW 80,000 (treatment cost of KRW 40,000; transportation cost of KRW 40,000); and (e) the disposal cost of 110,000 won for fugitives; and (e) the disposal cost of KRW 70,000.
