Punishment of the crime

[criminal records] On April 6, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment with prison labor for the crime of conflict at the Seoul Northern District Court, and completed the execution of the sentence at the female prison on May 28, 2017.

1. Fraud;

A. On June 27, 2017, the Defendant: (a) around 13:00, at the “D” restaurant in Seocho-gu Seoul Seocho-gu Seoul Seocho-gu Seoul Underground 1; (b) despite the absence of the intent or ability to pay the food value, the Defendant placed the food and clothing of the above restaurant manager E as if he would pay the food value; and (c) ordered the food and clothing to the above restaurant manager E; and (d) was provided from the damaged person with the food and clothing of the total amount of KRW 137,00 in the market value.

Accordingly, the defendant was given property by deceiving the victim.

B. On June 28, 2017, the Defendant: (a) around 23:30, at the “G” entertainment station located in Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government F, and (b) despite the lack of the intent or ability to pay the drinking value, the Defendant, despite of the absence of the intent or capacity to pay the drinking value, was engaged in as if the Defendant would pay the drinking value to the victim H, the owner of the said entertainment shop, and ordered the drinking and alcohol, and (b) the Defendant was provided with the services of the victim, namely, the victim, who was 50,00 won in total at the market value, and female visitors.

Accordingly, the defendant, by deceiving the victim, received property or acquired property benefits.

2. A special assault Defendant received food and clothing as above at the time, time, and place of No. 1’s (a) and collected one glass cup, which is a product dangerous to Defendant I(53) for the victim I (53) who was taking meals on the side tables of the said restaurant manager upon the request of Defendant E to pay the food value.

In this respect, the defendant carried dangerous objects and assaulted the victim.

around 19:55 on June 12, 2017, the Defendant of Jongno-gu Seoul Jongno-gu 2017 (Seoul Jongno-gu 4715) served as the Defendant, despite the absence of the intent or ability to pay the amount normally even if the Defendant was provided with alcoholic beverages, etc. from the injured party.
