A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On July 8, 2018, around 08:50, the Defendant driven B K5 cars with approximately 5km alcohol concentration of about 0.201% while drunk from 08:50 to 120 roads in Seo-gu, Gwangju, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Gwangju.
