A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On December 20, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years for eight months due to a violation of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents at the Incheon District Court, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on May 24, 2018.

No one shall allow another person to engage in the conduct of selling sex by taking advantage of the protection and supervision of other persons by relationship with relatives.

Nevertheless, the defendant had the victim B, who is a legal spouse, engage in sexual traffic with many and unspecified males for lack of living expenses, thereby raising living expenses.

1. On January 6, 2018, the Defendant added to the Defendant’s early mother residence in Mapo-gu Seoul Mapo-gu Seoul building C, the writing “one 10-day telephone-type telephone-type 1615575aa” using smartphone-type display method, and had the Defendant visit the Defendant and the victim, and had the Defendant receive KRW 100,000 from the above sexual buyer and engage in commercial sex acts.

2. On January 14, 2018, the Defendant, at the place described in the foregoing paragraph (1) and in the manner described in the foregoing paragraph (1), reported the writing to and contacted the sexual buyers and the victims, and had the victims meet the sexual buyers and the victims meet, at the Bupyeong-gu Incheon Metropolitan Government F building, the Defendant received KRW 100,000 from the sexual buyers and had the victims engage in sexual traffic.

3. On January 29, 2018, the Defendant, at the residence of a person located in the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Seodong-gu G, and reported and contacted the writing in the same manner as the above paragraph 1, had sexual buyers and victims gather, and had the victim receive 150,000 won from the above sexual buyers and engage in commercial sex acts.

Accordingly, the defendant had the victim engage in the conduct of selling sex by using the victim's protection and supervision over the victim's relationship three times in total.
