Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who serves as a social service personnel at C High School located in Bupyeong-si B.

The Defendant was dismissed from working at the above high school without permission on August 17, 2017; August 21, 2017; October 12, 2017; October 13, 2017; October 13, 2017; November 3, 2017; and November 14, 2017; and received each warning on the ground that he/she was dismissed from working at the above high school without permission.

As a result, the Defendant was given warning at least eight times in total, including the attendance at work after the start of work without permission, early retirement from work place without permission, or leaving work place.
