1. All of the plaintiffs' claims are dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit are assessed against the plaintiffs.

1. Basic facts

A. D owned real estate Nos. 1 through 9.

B. The defendant was established on August 25, 1965 by designating E and D as a director, and E as a representative director, and Busan District Court issued a dispersion order on July 25, 1975 (Seoul District Court 74§ 1697), and the dispersion order on August 12, 1975 was finalized, and the registration of dissolution was completed on September 22, 1975.

C. D has completed the registration of ownership transfer for the real estate of Nos. 1, 2 and 9 on March 27, 1967 on the following grounds: F, G, H, and I on the same day for the real estate of Nos. 3 through 8.

On June 9, 1967, the defendant completed the registration of ownership transfer made by sale on May 15, 1967.

E. The plaintiff A completed the registration of ownership transfer on the real estate No. 5 of February 6, 1986 for sale and purchase on February 5, 1986; on the real estate No. 5 of December 15, 1992 for sale and purchase on November 12, 1992; on the real estate No. 6 and 8 of June 4, 1997 for sale and purchase on May 2, 1997; on the real estate No. 59/823 of July 16, 1997 for sale and purchase on July 12, 1997; on the real estate No. 59/823 of December 30, 203 for sale and purchase on December 30, 200; on the real estate No. 9748, Dec. 29, 209 for sale and purchase on December 49, 209.

F. Meanwhile, real estate Nos. 1 and 2 is in the form of a passage enclosed by real estate Nos. 3, 4, 7, 8, 8, K real estate, L real estate (hereinafter “L real estate”), 9, and 5, and the passage enclosed by real estate Nos. 1, 2, 9, 8, and 1 among the real estate Nos. 1, the attached appraisal of the real estate is connected in order to each point of (a) the attached appraisal of the real estate Nos. 8, 9, 8, and 1, and the part (b) and 2, which connects each point of 8, 9, a fence is installed, and the real estate is in possession of L real estate owner (M).
