1. The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment without prison labor for four months;

2.Provided, That the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive;

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person engaging in driving a rocketing taxi.

On December 04, 2014, at 02:15, the Defendant continued to turn to the original station prior to the point of delivery of the regular cargo delivery unit located in the Guide-gu, Sungnam-si, Sungnam-si, according to one-lane one-lane from the west to the port of the water, and came to the left from the original station.

Since there is an intersection with a signal apparatus, a person engaged in driving of a motor vehicle has a duty of care to prevent accidents due to a person who is engaged in driving of a motor vehicle and driving the motor vehicle safely according to the traffic signal.
