1. The Plaintiff:

A. Defendant B shall receive KRW 1,338,282,110 from the Plaintiff and at the same time list of real estate attached hereto.

The facts below the facts of recognition may be found either in dispute between the parties or in the statements in Gap evidence 1 to 6, Eul evidence 1, Eul evidence 1, 2, Eul evidence 1 and 2, Eul evidence 1 and 2 (including each number; hereinafter the same shall apply) as a whole of the pleadings.

The Plaintiff is a housing reconstruction and rearrangement project association established to implement the housing reconstruction and rearrangement project (hereinafter “instant reconstruction project”) using the Seodaemun-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government 19,070 square meters (hereinafter “instant project implementation district”) as the project implementation district. The Defendants own each real estate listed in the attached Table 1 of the real estate list located within the instant project implementation district (hereinafter “instant real estate”).

B. On September 17, 2013, the Plaintiff obtained the consent of the owner of the land and building in the instant project implementation district from the owner of the land and building, and obtained the authorization of establishment from the head of Seodaemun-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government (hereinafter “the first authorization of establishment”). On October 10, 2013, the Plaintiff completed the registration of establishment on September 10, 201, but thereafter, the Plaintiff obtained the authorization of establishment (hereinafter “the authorization of establishment”) from the head of Seodaemun-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government from the owner of the land and building in the said project implementation district with the consent of the new association establishment (hereinafter “the authorization of establishment”).

The main purpose and number of floors of the instant authorization for the establishment of the first 419 480 housing site area 19,246m2 19,070m2,072 total floor area of 73,115m272,093.947m2, apartment houses and apartment houses with the second 28th ground above underground floor, apartment houses with the second 28th ground above underground floor, and 76.52% (101/132), 77.16% (12,643,918,000 won for rearrangement project expenses) of 112,643,918,00 won, 134,091,953.
