A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On July 16, 2017, at around 09:20, the Defendant: (a) demanded that only KRW 10,000 of the money be paid to the victim under the influence of alcohol in Songpa-gu Seoul Food Product Sales Store C with the first floor C victim D; (b) the Defendant, who did not make such demand, interfered with the Defendant’s sales of livestock products by force, by forcing customers, such as F, etc., who want to enter the said store, to talk with the victim, to see their desire, to see the victim, and to see the victim’s sound, and to prevent customers from entering the said store for about 40 minutes.
