1. 업무 방해 피고인은 2017. 5. 27. 01:00 경부터 같은 날 01:10 경까지 광명시에 있는 상업지구에서 피해자 C 운전의 택시 뒷좌석에 승차 하여 목적 지인 안양시 석수 역으로 가 던 중 안양시 만안구 연 현로 107 석 수역 앞에 이르렀을 무렵 술에 취해 아무런 이유도 없이 피해자에게 “ 씨 발 놈 아 고발 하겠다” 고 욕설을 하면서 주먹과 손바닥으로 조수석의 앞좌석을 수회 치고, 피해자에게 요금을 지불할 것 같은 시늉을 하면서 지불하지 않는 등 위력으로써 피해자의 택시 영업업무를 방해하였다.
