Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, in China, planned to acquire 1% of the money received from a domestic unspecified victims as a fee and receive money from a domestic unspecified victims by falsely pretending to the prosecution, upon receiving a real-time order from a staff member of the Bosing 1191, who received a withdrawal from the account used for committing the crimes of Bosing and receiving a withdrawal from the account in China.
