1. The request for intervention by an independent party intervenor shall be rejected;

2. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff KRW 37,222,60 and 7,077 among them.

1. An independent party participation in a lawsuit by an independent party is intended to claim that all or part of the subject matter of the lawsuit is his/her own right, or that a third party asserting that the subject matter of the lawsuit is his/her right by result of the lawsuit is a party and to settle in a lump sum without contradictions between the two parties by a single judgment. Among the independent party participation, the intervention in the lawsuit by an independent party may be allowed when the plaintiff's claim on the principal claim and the intervenor's claim are deemed to be incompatible with his/her claim, and it may be allowed if it is acknowledged that the plaintiff and the defendant have objectively the intent to harm the intervenor through the lawsuit, and that the result of the lawsuit is likely to infringe on the intervenor's rights or legal status.

(1) The plaintiff's claims for intervention of the plaintiff and the intervenor's claims cannot be deemed to be incompatible with each other, on October 17, 2005, and August 23, 2007. The plaintiff's claims for the payment of wages, retirement allowances, and loans to the defendant and the intervenor's claims for the confirmation of the existence of each obligation against the plaintiff and the defendant. However, although the plaintiff's claims for the payment of wages, retirement allowances, and loans are sought against the plaintiff and the defendant, the defendant's representative director who is the defendant's defendant's defendant's company's company's company's company's company's company's company's company's company's company's company's company's company's company's company's company's company's company's company's company's company's company's company's company's company's company's company's company's company's company's company's company's company's company's company's company's company's company's company's company's company's company's company's claim.
