The judgment below

Examining the reasoning in light of the evidence duly admitted, the lower court was justifiable to have determined that the Defendants guilty of all the modified facts charged on the grounds stated in its reasoning. In so doing, it did not err by misapprehending the legal doctrine on major business assets and property losses in the occupational breach of trust due to the removal of major business assets, as alleged in the grounds of appeal.

Therefore, all appeals are dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
