Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On June 13, 2014, at around 18:00, the Defendant was informed of the victim D (the age of 33) who is a security personnel belonging to the above hospital while drunkd from the 12th floor corridor in Yangcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, the Defendant abused the face of the victim one time by her head.
