The judgment below

In light of the evidence duly adopted by the court of first instance, the court below's determination that the facts charged in this case were guilty is just and there is no error of law by exceeding the bounds of the principle of free evaluation of evidence and logical and empirical rules or by misapprehending the legal principles on co-principal, contrary to what is alleged in the grounds of appeal.

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
