Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 10,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On April 22, 2008, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of one million won for a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act (drinking driving) at the Cheongju District Court on April 22, 2008, and a fine of five million won for the same crime in the same court on June 20, 2016.

On September 25, 2017, at around 06:50, the Defendant driven B SP car from the 10km section of approximately 10km to the 10km road located in the front side of the original city, Cheongju-si, Cheongju-si, Nowon-gu, 0.067% alcohol concentration in the blood while under the influence of alcohol without a driver's license.

The fact that the defendant has been already punished twice due to driving under drinking and is against the fact that he has no record of punishment more than the suspension of execution, that there is no record of punishment more than the suspension of execution, that he supports the old and young children in the sick, that the concentration of alcohol in blood is relatively low, and that he seems to be under control while driving his vehicle on the work path with the knowledge that the alcohol would have to be frank, and that it would be seen that he was under control.
