Basic Facts

A. The Defendant and E (the Defendant’s spouse) newly constructed a new construction project (hereinafter “instant G G construction project”) on April 16, 2015 between the Plaintiff and the Plaintiff, a construction business entity, for a single house G Dong (hereinafter “instant G construction project”) on the land of F. 2,298 square meters owned by the Defendant, for a contract for the construction project with the Defendant for the construction cost of KRW 308,50,000, and for the completion date of construction by July 31, 2015 (hereinafter “instant G construction project”); and each of the instant construction projects under the name of the instant G construction project (hereinafter “instant construction project”); and each of the instant construction projects (hereinafter “instant construction project”).
