Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a set of car B.

On December 1, 2015, the Defendant driven the above car at a speed of 06:40 on December 1, 2015, and driven the road of 3 lanes in front of the fire center located in Yangsan-si, Yangsan-si, along the speed of about 30km in speed from the side of the apartment site for both use to the middle-dong site at a speed of about 30km in speed.
