Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On March 25, 2018, the Defendant, at around 16:56, driven a Done Star Sheet under the influence of alcohol concentration of about 0.189% from a section of about 1km to the front road of Seoul Guro-do ro, Guro-do, Seoul, while under the influence of alcohol concentration of about 1km at around 0.189% in front of Seoul High School.
2.
