The grounds of appeal are examined.

According to the records, the defendant appealed against the judgment of the court of first instance and asserted only unfair sentencing as the grounds for appeal.

In such a case, the court below's assertion that there is an error of law in misunderstanding of legal principles as to mental disorder is not a legitimate ground for appeal

Furthermore, even in examining records, the lower court did not err by misapprehending the legal doctrine as otherwise alleged by the defense counsel.

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
