Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

At around 23:00 on June 7, 2013, the Defendant expressed that the Defendant would inform the victim C(24 years of age) of the present position to a substitute driver on the ground that the Defendant was under influence of alcohol, but on the ground that the victim acted without brush, the Defendant expressed that “the bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch.” On the right hand hand, the Defendant sustained the victim’s face two times at the right hand, and continued to display drinking, thereby causing injury to the victim by means of the 21-day bitch bitch and tension.
