Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is the Director of the On-Site Office.

On April 8, 2011, at around 09:35, the Defendant has a duty to pay due care to the Defendant, within the farmland remodeling work site in Gumi-si, Gumi-si, in order to ensure that the E dump trucks involved in mixed soil can work safely, in order to prevent the subsidence of the ground and to ensure that the E dump trucks involved in mixed soil can work safely.

Punishment shall be determined by applying the following Acts and subordinate statutes to the above criminal facts:

1. Relevant Article of the Criminal Act and Article 268 of the Criminal Act concerning the selection of punishment;

1. Articles 70 and 69 (2) of the Criminal Act for the detention of a workhouse;

1. It is so decided as per Disposition for not less than Article 334(1) of the Criminal Procedure Act.
