Punishment of the crime

1. Around October 16:30, 2016, the Defendant: (a) had been under the influence of alcohol, the victim C (the 54 years of age) residing in Jeju-si; (b) had the victim C (the 54 years of age); (c) had the victim 310, while drunk, she took a dangerous object without any justifiable reason; and (d) had the victim’s her part above the part of the victim’s neck, and threatened the victim.

At around 16:40 on the same day, the Defendant continued to use excessive (13cm in length) which is a dangerous object, as the part of the victim’s neck, and threatened the victim.

Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous objects and threatened the victim.
