Punishment of the crime

On July 9, 2013, the Defendant, as the owner of the building located in Busan Seo-gu D Hospital, caused the delay in management expenses, etc. by the victim E, who is the operator of the above D Hospital, to remove parts (s) located in the elevator within the parking lot of the above hospital building, and prevented the elevator from standing on the 8 and 9th floor of the building where the above hospital is located, thereby obstructing the business of the victim’s hospital by force.
