When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On March 14, 2008, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of 700,000 won for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (drinking driving) at the Busan District Court on March 14, 2008, and a fine of 1,000,000 won for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (drinking driving) at the Busan District Court's Dong Branch branch on May 15, 2013 and violated the provisions on the prohibition of drinking driving at least twice.

On September 25, 2015, the Defendant driven a vehicle C New SM5 at approximately 500 meters from the house under the village of the same Dong fireworks to the roads in the same Dong, instead of the Seo-gu in Busan, under the influence of alcohol with 0.072% of alcohol content among blood transfusion around 22:42.
