A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On September 21, 2014, at around 23:30 on September 21, 2014, the Defendant: (a) while drinking alcohol in a cafeteria “E” restaurant operated by the victim D, Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, Bupyeong-gu, 105, the Defendant: (b) allowed the victim’s husband to do so; (c) was refused, and (d) was frighted to do so; (d) laid the f’s breast part on the floor; (d) laid the f’s breast part into the floor; (e) f’s breast part was tightly pushed; (e) the victim and F got the victim and F to enter the said cafeteria by force on the part of the victim’s restaurant; and (e) 4) the victim and F did not interfere with the victim’s duties by force, such as forcing the victim to do so.

2. On September 21, 2014, around 23:45, the Defendant obstruction of performance of official duties: (a) obstructed the Defendant; (b) obstructed the police box belonging to the Incheon Samsan Police Station Gone that received a report for the said reasons; (c) removed the Defendant; and (d) caused the crying of the cryp of the cryp of the cryp in the said cafeteria; and (d) resisted the cryp of the cryp of the cryp to the cryp of the cryp; and (d) continuously arrested the cryp as a flagrant offender of the crime of interference with business by spreading

On the following day, at around 00:20, the Defendant: (a) displayed a horse riding in front of the Incheon Seo-gu Incheon Seo-gu Incheon Police Station Gtation at the patrol vehicle; (b) carried the body of H in hand by hand; and (c) stated in the above patrol box that “I will not sing down, sing down, sing down, and sing off, I will see the h’s face with the left hand, and assaulted H’s hand and h’s h’s h’s h’s h’s h’s h’s h’s h’s h’s face with the left hand.

Accordingly, the defendant reported 112 police officers.
