1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 27,054,50 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from May 14, 2016 to the day of complete payment.

On September 2015, the Plaintiff entered into an entrustment contract for construction waste collection, transportation, and disposal services discharged from the Defendant in Kimcheon-si B, and disposed of the above wastes from September 30, 2015 to March 31, 2016, and generated KRW 49,054,50,000, among which there is no dispute between the parties, and the fact that the Defendant paid KRW 22,00,000 among them is the Plaintiff. As such, the Defendant is liable to pay to the Plaintiff the remainder of KRW 27,054,50 as well as damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum as prescribed by the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings, from September 30, 2015 to March 31, 2016.

Therefore, we decide to accept the plaintiff's claim and it is so decided as per Disposition.
