The instant lawsuit is dismissed.

The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the plaintiffs.

1. Basic facts

A. The Plaintiff EMamaal Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Plaintiff EMamaal”) is a company engaging in the business of constructing, executing, selling, selling, and leasing real estate. The Plaintiff Mmaal Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Plaintiff Emaal”) is a special purpose company designated by the Plaintiff Emaalal to purchase all the remaining general apartment units except for the special apartment units supplied by the Defendant to residents in the residential environment improvement project and the residential environment improvement project around the Songmaal, Incheon, and the Defendant is a project implementer of each of the above projects.

B. On November 11, 2015, PlaintiffMamaal entered into an agreement with the Defendant, Incheon Metropolitan City, Bupyeong-gu, Incheon Metropolitan City, resident representatives’ meeting, and NH investment securities company on the business of implementing the Residential Environment Improvement Project News Foundation. On January 29, 2016, Defendant and Incheon Metropolitan City, Dong-gu, Incheon Metropolitan City, Dong-gu, resident representatives’ meeting, one resident representatives’ meeting, and one financial investment company to enter into a business agreement on the business of implementing the Residential Environment Improvement News Foundation in the vicinity of the Song Clim Broadcasting Project.

(hereinafter referred to as the above two business agreements, each of the instant agreements is referred to as the “instant business agreements.” Among them, the News Environment Improvement Project Foundation’s main contents of the Work Agreement are as follows:

(The main contents of the business agreement on the promotion of the project are the same in addition to the main contents of the business agreement on the promotion of the project. On the basis of the business agreement concluded between the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport and Incheon Metropolitan City, resident representatives' meetings, rental business operators, institutional investors, Incheon Metropolitan City, Bupyeong-gu, and the defendant shall enter into a business agreement as follows for the success and activation of the business environment improvement project in the 2000s.
