1. The Defendants: (a) each of the Plaintiff A KRW 10,250,649, KRW 8,572,525, and KRW 525, respectively, and each of them on April 4, 2014.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The Plaintiffs are children of the deceased G (hereinafter “the deceased”). Defendant E is a person operating the I Hospital located in the Daegu-gu H (hereinafter “Defendant Hospital”) where the deceased was hospitalized. Defendant F is a doctor affiliated with the Defendant Hospital.
B. On March 30, 2014, the Deceased was hospitalized in the Defendant Hospital on the ground of the parents and siblings of the Deceased’s parents, after having divorced by family combustibility around 2012.
C. (1) During the period of hospitalization, the deceased demanded that his parents and the medical staff of the Defendant Hospital indicate their refusal to hospitalization and discharge the deceased.
(2) On March 31, 2014, at around 00:45, the Deceased: (a) discharged the decedent from the workplace to the workplace, and took a bath; (b) said, Defendant F directed the Deceased to keep the suppression unit and to maintain the state of coercion for one hour; (c) said, Defendant F administered the 1mg of petl and 1mg of Ath half of the Athropos into injection.
(3) On April 2, 2014, at around 11:30, the Deceased diversheded, after the Deceased’s conversations with his parents, and “I am informed of whether the windows would be broken or dead without inside,” and the Defendant F instructed the Deceased to take a suppression force against the Deceased and maintain the state of coercion for one hour, and the Defendant F injected the 1mg and the 1mmmmmmmmmmmm of the pavel, a chronic stability agent, into injection.
On April 4, 2014, the deceased’s suicide attempted and died (1) around 15:45, 2014, the deceased’s mother-child and her mother-child visited the Defendant Hospital and returned home as they were without releasing the deceased, so they called “satisfing and killing the deceased,” and the deceased showed a string behavior. Accordingly, the Defendant F instructed the deceased to keep the state of coercion for one hour and to keep the state of coercion, which is a pathic stability agent, and 1mmp and 1mpthmp.
(2) Defendant F was employed by Defendant F at around 16:10 on the same day.
