Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving vehicles B and C.

On April 9, 2020, the Defendant driven the above vehicle on April 18:37, 2020, and led the road located in 76, Yangcheon-gu Seoul, Yangcheon-gu, Seoul, to proceed from the side of C apartment protection zone to the side of D apartment.
