1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 44,832,260 and the interest rate of KRW 12% per annum from June 25, 2019 to the day of complete payment.

Comprehensively taking account of the overall purport of the arguments as to the grounds for the claim Gap's evidence Nos. 1 through 3, the Plaintiff may recognize the fact that the Plaintiff supplied ready-mixeds to the construction site of the DD building built by the Defendant from September 3, 2018 to April 10, 2019, and the Plaintiff did not pay KRW 44,832,260 out of the price.

Therefore, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff 4,832,260 won with 44,832,260 won and 12% interest per annum from June 25, 2019 to the day of full payment, as requested by the plaintiff, which is the day following the delivery of the original copy of the payment order in this case.

2. In conclusion, the plaintiff's claim of this case is justified, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
