1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

1. Basic facts

A. (1) On January 22, 2013, 2013, B completed the registration of ownership transfer (hereinafter “instant real estate”) with respect to the real estate listed in the separate sheet (hereinafter “instant real estate”) among the multi-unit housing of four stories located in Suwon-gu, Suwon-si (hereinafter “instant multi-unit building”). On August 21, 2014, Suwon District Court D voluntarily decided to commence the auction procedure (hereinafter “instant auction procedure”) regarding the instant real estate.

(2) With respect to the instant auction procedure, an appraisal report prepared by the appraiser F of the E Certified Appraisers’ Office in compliance with the request for appraisal by the Suwon District Court’s Judicial Assistants (hereinafter “instant appraisal report”), the value of the instant real estate is assessed as KRW 90 million around September 3, 2014.

(3) The instant appraisal report states as follows: “The main building is used as No. 101 on the present condition of the building in the aggregate building register as No. 2102 on the ground of the land level, and E. .. In the process of the auction, the internal structure was based on the investigation of the current building level and the search site, and the internal structure was based on the resident’s closure.”

(4) In the instant auction procedure, the Plaintiff bid for KRW 65,250,000 on June 16, 2015, and became a successful bidder. On August 3, 2015, the Plaintiff completed the registration of ownership transfer on the ground of sale due to voluntary auction on the same day.

B. The auction process of the instant non-102 No. 102 (1) had been completed (hereinafter “the instant non-102”) of the instant aggregate building, as shown in the attached drawings, and G completed the registration of ownership transfer with respect to the instant real estate on November 29, 2002. As to the instant non-102, the Suwon District Court rendered a voluntary decision to commence auction with H on September 23, 2009.

(2) At the above auction procedure, the Suwon District Court’s judicial assistant officers are requested.
