Reasons

1. Claim for partition of co-owned property

A. 1) The Defendants and F completed the registration of ownership transfer on December 10, 1987 with respect to the instant real estate on the grounds of sale due to compulsory auction on January 16, 2017, the Plaintiff completed the registration of ownership transfer on the grounds of F’s 1/3 share out of the instant real estate on January 16, 2017, and the Plaintiff and the Defendants shared the instant real estate at the ratio of 1/3 shares as of the closing date of the instant argument.

A.
