The judgment of the court below is reversed.

The prosecution of this case is dismissed.

1. A. The gist of the facts charged is that the Defendant is a person engaging in driving a BK5 corporate taxi.

B. The evidence submitted by the judgment prosecutor in this case alone is insufficient to recognize that the Defendant was a red signal at the time of entering the instant intersection. Rather, according to the records, the Defendant’s vehicle enters the red signal to the crosssection because the vehicle in question is so big that the vehicle in the direction of the road can be checked.
