1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.
2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.
Reasons
1. Details of the disposition;
A. The Plaintiff is operating a long-term care institution for long-term care (hereinafter referred to as “the instant medical care institution”) under the name of “B” institution for long-term care.
(b) The National Health Insurance Corporation, which disposes of expenses for long-term care benefits by the National Health Insurance Corporation, shall commence on May 23, 2016 for the instant medical care institutions.

After conducting an investigation by December 28 (the period subject to investigation: September 2014 to May 2016); and on December 22, 2016, the Plaintiff issued a disposition to recover expenses for long-term care benefits pursuant to Article 43 of the Long-Term Care Insurance Act for the following reasons.
1. Claim for an increase in the number of days of visit care services: 136,200 - 136,200 - Despite the absence of visiting care services - C caregivers shall claim expenses for care benefits from February 17, 2016 to D by the recipient.
