A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

On January 31, 2017, the Defendant driven a car with C land-line in approximately 1 km section from the front of the light female hospital to the front road of the 258 agricultural street located in the 258, as long as the Defendant was in the Hamsan-si Gu, Ansan-si, the Defendant driven the car without the driver’s license, from the front of the light female hospital to the front road of the 258.
