1. The Defendant is 15% per annum from January 5, 2017 to the date of full payment with respect to KRW 60,229,93 and KRW 59,587,739 among the Plaintiff.

On May 29, 2014, the Plaintiff extended a loan to the Defendant with a total of KRW 70 million (including interest at a rate of KRW 60,000,000), KRW 2.98% per annum of general loan of the subject of loan, interest rate (interest rate for arrears) and KRW 2.98% per annum of the base rate for interest rate of the subject of loan (interest rate of KRW 15% per annum), May 29, 2015 (which was extended on November 30, 2016 thereafter) (which was extended on November 30, 2016). As of January 4, 2017, the Plaintiff was liable to pay the Plaintiff the principal amount of the loan at KRW 59,587,739, interest (including interest at a delay) and KRW 642,254, KRW 60,293,000,000 to KRW 60,2935,757.75% per annum.

Therefore, the plaintiff's claim shall be accepted on the grounds of its reasoning, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
