Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

No person shall reclaim or incinerate wastes in any place other than the waste disposal facilities permitted, approved, or reported pursuant to the Wastes Control Act.

Nevertheless, around July 2010, the Defendant buried approximately 5 tons of waste plates and approximately 17 tons of waste vinyl, which were kept in the water surface of "E" in Namyang-si B, C, and D around July 201.
