Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for ten months.

However, each of the above defendants is against the defendants for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

A serves as the representative director of the "EA" corporation, which is the agricultural product processing business entity in Gangnam-si D, and the defendant B is in office as a director of the above corporation.

around March 15, 2012, “EA” was selected as a preliminary social enterprise from Gangwon-do as a part of “project for creating jobs for social enterprises,” and from July 2012, Gangnam-si paid subsidies granted from the State as a subsidy for fostering social enterprises pursuant to the Act on the Management of Subsidies from the State from July 2012 to Gangwon-do and Gangnam-si (the creation rate: 80%, Gangwon-do, 4%, and 16%, Gangwon-do) as an indirect subsidy to the above corporation.

On June 26, 2012, the Defendants filed an application for a preliminary subsidy for fostering a social enterprise with the submission of Defendant B’s work status ledger, wage ledger, etc. to the public official in the name of Gangnam-si, who works normally for Defendant B’s Chok F to the “EA” corporation.

However, in fact, F did not have been working for the Defendants’ corporations, and the above work status ledger submitted by the Defendants to Gangnam-si was all false.

On July 10, 2012, the Defendants received the indirect subsidy of 16,401,452 won in total over 16 times from around October 8, 2013, including the receipt of 879,360 won in the name of “EAF corporation” (Account Number: Nonghyup G) in the name of “EAF corporation” as a subsidy for personnel expenses from the Gangnam-si City of the victim (hereinafter “EAF”), as shown in the attached list of crimes from around October 8, 2013.

As a result, the Defendants conspired to receive an indirect subsidy from the victim Gangnam-si by false application or other unlawful means, and at the same time deceiving the victim to acquire the property of the victim by deceiving the victim.
