A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

On March 27, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to ten months of imprisonment for fraud in the Cheongju District Court’s Chungcheong Branch’s Assistance, and the enforcement of the sentence was terminated on December 7, 2015 at the Seoul detention center.

The Defendant of the 2017 Highest 693, Apr. 13, 2016, at around 22:07, the “E cafeteria” operated by the victim D in Jeju-si around April 13, 2016, the Defendant was engaged in as if he would pay the food cost despite the absence of any particular property and import at the time, and was delivered at the beginning 60,000 won of the market price from around April 13, 2016.

9. Until December 23, 200, he received food or goods equivalent to KRW 788,490 from victims in total seven times in the manner described in the attached list of crimes and acquired them by fraud.

The Defendant, on January 26, 2017, 2017, 1630, was living in the “G” convenience store located in Jeju-si on January 26, 2017 at around 22:43, to the victim H, an employee of the Defendant, “I apartment 103 units immediately adjacent to the convenience store.”

A false statement was made to the effect that a merchandise coupon “to have money in the face of payment.”

However, the defendant did not live in the above apartment, and because he was in excess of the debt at the time, there was no intention or ability to pay the price even if he was issued a gift certificate.

The defendant acquired 13,00 won of gift certificates from the damaged person in total at the market price on the same day and acquired 6,50,000 won of gift certificates.
