Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment without prison labor for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving of B Poter cargo vehicles.

On July 2, 2020, the Defendant driven the above cargo vehicle around 10:05, and led to the flow of the road in front of the Sung-gun of North Korea from the old and north-do boundary to the old and north-do boundary.
