Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 300,000.

Where the defendant does not pay the above fine, one day shall be 10.

Punishment of the crime

Around 22:00 on August 31, 2020, the Defendant assaulted the victim D and alcohol that had been known to the police in Busan Jung-gu, Busan, about the face of the above victim, and caused damage to the victim by taking away the mobile phone owned by him/her from his/her cell phone so that the repair cost of 63,500 won is exceeded.
