Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On September 3, 2009, Defendant A was sentenced to a suspension of the execution of four months of imprisonment for fraud at the Incheon District Court, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on September 11, 2009.
At around 21:40 on April 3, 2009, the Defendant operates DEX vehicles on the two straight line in the intersection near Gwanak-gu in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Seoul Special Metropolitan City.

On May 22, 2009, around 05:10 on May 22, 2009, the Defendant: (a) driven and unloaded DNA EXE vehicles in the nearby Modern market in Gwanak-gu, Seoul; and (b) conflict with the electric poles in diving; (c) the Defendant received traffic accidents from the victim Samsung Fire Insurance Co., Ltd.; and (d) filed a claim for the payment of insurance money for 2,294,120 won in total for medical expenses and agreements by being hospitalized in G Madle, G Madle, G Mad, G 25 days before receiving the traffic accident from the victim Samsung Fire Insurance Co., Ltd.
C. At around 23:00 on July 15, 2009, the Defendant: (a) was parked in the street in front of the Bank in Gwanak-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, YE-ray; and (b) was parked in the signal signal atmosphere with HH driving; (c) was defective in the receipt of traffic accidents against LIG Bioresources Co., Ltd.; and (d) the Defendant was injured due to the minor contact accident.
